We are continually seeking and assessing opportunities to develop land, be it greenfield land, previously developed, or a conversion opportunity. We work with land owners and their advisors to bring their land through the complex planning system, with the goal of obtaining planning permission for residential development, and building the permitted scheme.

Since our establishment, we have completed a large array of developments, ranging from one bedroom urban apartments, to single sprawling country houses, and every imaginable form of home in between.

On the strategic land front, our interests range from sites for 25 houses, right up to our largest project, the 3300 home Great Western Park development in Oxfordshire, which we successfully promoted in collaboration with Taylor Wimpey and David Wilson Homes, and which culminated in planning permission being granted in 2007.

Donnington New Homes’ owners also own the freehold of approximately 30% of the 2000 home Sandleford Park development area, at south Newbury, allocated for residential development in the West Berkshire Core Strategy in 2012, having been successfully promoted by us through the strategic planning system.

Having only ever purchased one site with planning permission already in place, the substantial majority of our developments have started life as an idea on Donnington New Homes’ drawing board. Let us put that creative process to work for you.
