We are continually seeking and assessing new land opportunities throughout Berkshire, Hampshire, Oxfordshire and Wiltshire and are interested in all types of land ventures, with or without planning permission.

Our experienced team specialises in land without planning permission and works with land owners to bring their land through the complex planning system, be it greenfield land, previously developed, or a conversion opportunity.

Since our establishment we have completed a large array of developments, ranging from town centre apartments, to major urban extensions.

Strategic land

Donnington New Homes are long established experts in strategic land promotion and successfully secure planning permission for larger developments, ranging from 25 houses right up to our largest ever project of 3,300 homes.
