Donnington New Homes, is a privately owned land promotion and house building company. We’re passionate about creating new homes that are uniquely designed to compliment their location, primarily across West Berkshire, Hampshire,Oxfordshire and Wiltshire.
Our heritage
A strong family ethos
Owned and led by Mark Norgate, Donnington New Homes is the second generation of Norgate house builders to be based in Newbury.
Mark’s late father John Norgate founded the well-known West Berkshire business, ‘Trencherwood New Homes’, in 1971. Needless to say we’re hugely proud of our family heritage and are committed to retaining a strong ‘family ethos’ of remaining a highly professional yet friendly company.
